At GoCharme, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping services. We offer free shipping for all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5 will be charged. Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition with tags attached. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
